In overall charge of all on-board passenger services and passenger service personnel and all associated functions both front and back of house.

PRIME RESPONSIBILITY
All on board financial control, including daily revenue, petty cash and associated procedures and systems.
Assisting Hotel Director in management of on board service.

SHOP MANAGER

REPORTING TO
Hotel Director, Purser (As appropriate)

PRIME RESPONSIBILITY
To effectively manage the running of the vessel Gift Shop in accordance with Company Standards.

SELF SERVICE SUPERVISOR

REPORTING TO
Hotel Director, Purser, Executive Chef (as appropriate).

PRIME RESPONSIBILITY
To effectively carry out general duties in accordance with Company Standards.

ACCOMODATION SUPERVISOR

REPORTING TO
Hotel Director

PRIME RESPONSIBILITY
To effectively carry out general duties in accordance with Company Standards.

BAR SUPERVISOR

REPORTING TO
Hotel Director, Purser.

PRIME RESPONSIBILITY
To effectively carry out general duties in accordance with Company Standards.

HEAD WAITER

REPORTING TO
Hotel Director, Purser, Executive Chef (as appropriate).

PRIME RESPONSIBILITY
To effectively carry out general duties in accordance with Company Standards.

EXECUTIVE CHEF

REPORTING TO
Hotel Director

RESPONSIBLE FOR
Chef Tournant, Galley Steward, Head Waiter, Service Steward, Crew Mess Attendant

PRIME RESPONSIBILITY
All food ordering, preparation and catering services and their support systems.

Executive Chef

RESPONSIBLE FOR
Galley Steward

PRIME RESPONSIBILITY
Must be aware of and follow health and hygiene standards as set out by Company Policy and Governing Legislation.

BARTENDER

REPORTING TO
Hotel Director, Purser, Executive Chef Head Waiter (as appropriate).

To effectively carry out general duties in accordance with Company Standards
