Travel Connections to the NorthLink Ferry Terminal in Scrabster
Scrabster by Air
Wick Airport is located 23½ miles from the town. There is a regular air service to Edinburgh.
Scrabster by Bus
Rapsons operate local bus routes in the North of Scotland.- Stagecoach operate a regular coach service from Scrabster to Inverness.
- Some services stop at the Ferry Terminal in Scrabster, while others stop 1½ miles from the Terminal, in the centre of Thurso.
Scrabster by Rail
- Scotrail operate regular rail services from Thurso to Inverness and Wick.
- Thurso Train Station is located about 2 miles from the terminal.

Train Passengers are advised to prebook Scrabster taxi travel for ferry connections due to the restricted bus timetable between Scrabster and Thurso
