As long as we have the driver or tour manager’s mobile contact number we offer a priority boarding service for coaches of just 30 minutes prior to departure.

All guests embark and disembark through the terminal buildings ensuring safe and comfortable access to the lifts with lifts available.

In order to help drivers comply with regulations we offer a valet embarkation and disembarkation service for all tours arriving in both Lerwick and Aberdeen.
