3 x Apprentice Customer Service Assistants

Through our Customer Service Apprenticeship you will undertake a fully funded 2-year Modern Apprenticeship programme for Business Administration via Orkney College.
We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, determined and hardworking candidates. You will be a self-starter, team player and problem solver. The role will require you to work shift patterns and to provide an excellent first point of contact with customers face to face, on the phone and via email. The NorthLink experience should reflect the business` core values of quality, service and responsibility while at the same time, encouraging conversion of initial enquiries to bookings and repeat business to existing customers. Candidates must have three or more National 4s to apply for a Modern Apprenticeship. A competitive salary of £14,430 is available whilst training.
