Pentland Firth Update

Unfortunately, final mechanical checks prior to MV Hamnavoe resuming her timetabled service on Tuesday 21st May have indicated that further remedial work is required. This work will take 48 hrs to complete, therefore the vessel will now pick up her timetabled schedule on Thursday 23rd May.

The route will remain to be serviced by our freight vessel MV Helliar.

NorthLink Ferries continues support of RSPB Scotland community programme

NorthLink Ferries has gifted funds to nature organisation RSPB Scotland, helping to support the charity’s ongoing education programme in Orkney. The donation of over £2,200, which was was raised from last year’s nature cruise on board passenger vessel MV Hamnavoe, will help fund RSPB Scotland’s community outreach programme, which delivers outdoor education to young people across the islands.
