30 minutes check in time if we have your driver’s mobile. Our group check in facility provides for the driver or tour manager to check in all guests and collect all boarding passes/cabin keys and meal vouchers. Guests may remain in comfort on the coach until these have been distributed, then proceeding aboard without queuing.
Once aboard our staff welcome each group personally through an exclusive meet and greet session. Guests learn about the ship’s facilities, safety features and have an opportunity for questions.
Avoid queuing and eat together by booking your meal in advance – and save money too!
We provide a reserved area with your group name to allow guests to enjoy lunch or dinner together. Dinner is 3 courses with the starter and dessert and coffee served and guests choosing main courses from the carvery; meat, fish and vegetarian options are always available. Unlike lunch & dinner, breakfast is self service. Drivers should distribute individual breakfast vouchers and breakfast description cards to allow guests to rise and eat at leisure before departing ship.
Each outer cabin offers two berths side by side, NOT as bunks, no clambering involved! Linen is white with continental quilts, ensuite facilites of power shower, sink and vacuum flush toilet. Further features include a radio, internal telephone and, of course a window with a sea view!
Inner cabins are as above but with two additional foldable berths above the two lower berths and no window. The foldable berths are positioned up against the wall and do not impede headroom when the cabin is occupied by two guests.
We provide an option for drivers to travel free in our ensuite basic cabins which are situated to the stern of the ship. Upgrades are possible but charged. Drivers eat free on NorthLink when a corresponding group meal has also been booked. To help you comply with driver hours/regulations we can offer a drive on and drive off service for your coach. Please arrange at time of booking.
