The benefits of registering your residency with us, for persons 16 years of age or over, are that you will receive an Islander card with your unique Islander ID and Password for booking online. This will speed up and simplify the reservation process and will also allow you to take advantage of a discount on standard fares for passenger and non-commercial passenger accompanied vehicles. Please note, it may take up to 7 days to receive your Islander card.
When applying for an Islander ID we request identification to validate your name and address. One item of validation is required per applicant. Validation documents should be dated within three months of the application date.

If you require a paper copy of the Islander Registration Application form please visit a NorthLink office, email [email protected] or write to the Kiln Corner address above.
Once received, your application may take up to 7 days to process. This should be taken into consideration before making any booking(s) where Islander discount is required.
Any information held on our database will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act (1998) for the purpose of managing the account. The company reserves the right to withdraw the islander discount privilege where an ID or password is abused.
