Discounted Travel Application

The below form is to apply for discounted travel with NorthLink Ferries during the period of 1st April 2026 to 30th September 2026.

The deadline for applications for the period of 1st October 2025 to 31st March 2026 has passed. Late applications can still be made, using the forms below, but may take longer to process.

Please ensure all applications submitted are made at least 15 working days before events or travel.

Please supply details of each trip you are applying for discounted travel on. The form below has space for one journey, but to add more, simply use the ‘+ Add a new trip’ button, found near the ‘Submit’ button.

If you do not know exact dates or details of travel – simply provide a rough estimate of the month and potential number of travellers instead.
