On NorthLink Ferries ships to Orkney and Shetland you’ll find our colourful cartoon family of Vikings, with their pet puffin and otter. Created by Orcadian artist Alex Leonard and named by NorthLink customers, you will find them in the Vikling’s Den children’s play area, on children’s activity sheets and colouring pads, in treasure hunts and on posters.

NorthLink Ferries are offering players the chance to have some fun with our new game. We’re asking you to help the Viklings defend the shores from Frost Monsters.
Aim carefully, blast away the icy invaders, battle through all ten levels, and rack up your score!
There’s a small prize (a NorthLink Ferries swimbag) available on board our ships if you reach level 5.
Take part in an Easter Vikling treasure hunt on board NorthLink ships from 27th March to 19th April! Hunt for the pictures of eggs around the ship that each contain a letter to spell out a word. Visit the on board shop for your entry form, complete and return it for a small prize!
