The below form is to apply for discounted travel with NorthLink Ferries.

Please supply details of each trip you are applying for discounted travel on. The form below has space for one journey, but to add more, simply use the ‘+ Add a new trip’ button, found near the ‘Submit’ button.

If you do not know exact dates or details of travel – simply provide a rough estimate of the month and potential number of travellers instead.

The deadline for applications for the period of 1st April 2025 to 30th September 2025 has passed.
Late applications can still be made, but may take longer to process.

Sponsorship applications for 1st October 2025 to 31st March 2026 can be made from July.
