Booking amendments

Can I amend a booking?

Yes. All amendments to bookings are made free of charge. Changes to the final booking price, as a result of moving from one season to another, upgrading or buying extra services, must be covered by customers.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes. Should you wish to cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund (up to the point of the date of travel; except if you fail to check-in or notify us of your intention not to travel). Refunds can be given online or by phone.

How do I amend or cancel a booking?

Customers can also edit their bookings online by clicking on the My Account link at the top the NorthLink website, logging in and viewing a list of their booked sailings.
