NorthLink Ferries are currently recruiting for 2 Customer Service Assistants to be based at our Aberdeen Terminal.
This post is a permanent full time post working 35 hours per week. A salary of £16,510 is available.
To provide an excellent first point of contact with customers face to face, on the phone and via email. The NorthLink experience should reflect the business` core values of quality, service and responsibility while at the same time, encouraging conversion of initial enquiries to bookings and repeat business to existing customers.
