Staff discount bookings must only be made for staff and for eligible family members in their households. To make a booking for those not eligible to receive the staff discount, please sign out. All staff bookings will be monitored and the staff discount will be removed from those who abuse it.

Please ensure you select the correct card type, and input your ITSO number (the 18 digits next to the circle marked ‘ITSO’) correctly.
Please check the balance of your vouchers, using the Transport Scot Pass Collect app, to ensure you have enough vouchers for your booking.
