Customer Credit Account Application

Thank you for your interest in registering as a Credit Account Customer to Serco NorthLink Ferries.

  1. Serco NorthLink Ferries will conduct a full review of the creditworthiness of all applicants prior to onboarding along with a due diligence check.
  2. Further information may be requested in addition to the information supplied in this application during process.
  3. Once a credit account is opened, it may be subject to creditworthiness checks throughout the lifespan of the account.
  4. The credit account is subject to termination at the sole discretion of Serco NorthLink Ferries.
  5. All bookings made are subject to the company Conditions of Carriage which are on website and available at all ports and vessels. YOUR ATTENTION IS DRAWN TO THE CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE WHICH YOU SHOULD READ PRIOR TO MAKING A RESERVATION OR ENTERING INTO ANY CONTRACT WITH NORTHLINK FERRIES.
  6. For private individuals returning this application, personal data is stored according to the privacy policy which is located on the NorthLink Ferries website.
  7. Credit account customers must be willing to pay by monthly Direct Debit. An online direct debit mandate will be issued by email on completion of successful application.
  8. Once a credit account has been established it is the account holder responsibility to update NorthLink Ferries on matters pertinent to the credit account including but not limited to changes in address, trading structures or bank details.
