Cyber Scotland Week Competition

Complete the activity to be in with a chance to win a £100, a £50 or a £25 gift voucher.

NorthLink Ferries is delighted to partner with Digital Skills Education to raise awareness of Open-Source Intelligence and your own digital footprint to pupils in Orkney and Shetland.

A digital footprint refers to information about a person that is publicly available on the internet. Open-Source Intelligence refers to the data-gathering that is used by criminals in the first step of a targeted cyber-attack. This personal information, perhaps gathered from social media posts, is used to trick a victim into providing sensitive data such as account passwords.

We would like to offer Orkney and Shetland secondary school pupils the chance to try the activity below and win a £100, a £50 or a £25 NorthLink Ferries voucher.

Simply complete the activity here and fill in the form below for your chance to win!

The competition has now come to a close.
Thank you to all who entered.
